| Remarks | Sampling locations were established in the form of a 4x4 grid system. Total sampling coverage spanned a spatial scale of 1100 square kilometers. In June and July of 2001, 101 sites were sampled, with depths ranging from 5 to 47 meters. Sediment samples were collected using a van Veen grab, sieved, then the residues were fixed and stained for identification. | ||
