Distribution:  Indo-Pacific and the Mediterranean.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Depth based on occurrence record; to be replaced with better reference. Coastal to shelf (Ref. 19). Juveniles of this species parasitize the actinians Entacmaea quadricolor and are associated with the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus (Ref. 121217).
