Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 3700 m
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean, Western Central Atlantic and Antarctic. Subtropical to polar.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This is an omnivorous species found on algae, hydroids, and bryozoans, under stones, on hard bottoms and in fouling communities like buoys or aquaculture installations (Ref. 87801). Epibiotic, found on Sargassum raft, seagrass and submergent vegetation (Ref. 110266).
