Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan, Kuril Islands, Okhotsk Sea.
Diagnosis:  Culmen: 4.05 cm; tarsus: 3.65 cm.
Biology:  Wing length: 19.8-19.76 cm. Pursuit diving; coastal; <15 km; water <20m deep. Nest in the holes and crevices of sheer sea cliffs, steep rocky slopes and reefs (Ref. 126328).
