Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Egypt, Japan, Hong Kong, and Australia. Tropical to temperate.
Diagnosis:  A small species. Easily characterized by its shape and by the arrangement of yellow bands on the white body.
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 79924. Feed on arborescent bryozoans (Ref. 79924).
