Max. size:  10 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 130 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific: Philippines, New Caledonia and Pitcairn.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in shallow waters to a depth of 130 m. Inhabits sandy area and can also be seen crawling on surfaces during low tide (Ref. 800).
