Remarks Estuarine, neritic (Ref. 116114). Found mostly in bays and harbors (introduced by shipping). Tolerates salinities of 3 to 35 ppm, i.e., eurythermal; feeds on copepods, copepod nauplii and barnacle nauplii (Ref. 2376).
