Remarks Inshore (Ref. 106854). Inhabits rocky shores in intertidal to shallow subtidal waters, sometimes in estuaries, usually hiding in crevices (Ref. 343). Also on soft bottoms (Ref. 106854). Found on mangrove trees (Ref. 69306) and on rubble at the base of shore cliffs (Ref. 121737), and in continental slopes (Ref. 122032).
