Ecology of Perinereis nigropunctata

Remarks Found inshore, intertidal to subtidal (Ref. 107160). Found on the green siphonous alga Avrainvillea amadelpha and on bare sediments (Ref. 107798). Probably omnivores and scavengers as some species have been observed feeding on algae while others feed on invertebrates (e.g. ascidians) and carrion (Ref. 107862).
