Remarks This is a benthic species found on rocky bottoms particularly in intertidal and subtidal areas (Ref. 83938). It is a burrowing and encrusting species inhabiting hard substrates like rocks, empty mollusk shells, Caryophyllia and Lithothamnion (Ref. 402).
