Environment:  pelagic; marine
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Indonesia and Malay Archipelago.
Diagnosis:  10 cm wide, smooth; in each octant at least 5 large, cleft velar lappets, 1 cm long; mouth-arms shorter than radius of bell, distal three-winged portion five times as long as proximal cylindrical portion; exumbrella with four perradial areas of brown spots.
