Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic.
Diagnosis:  Length: 0.09-0.25 cm. Minuscule; elongate worm with a distinctive wedge-shaped, relatively large, elongate rhynchus with 7 tentacles. Each tentacle: 2 side branches of different sizes. Mouth: opens approximately in mid-body (Ref. 359).
Biology:  Length: 0.09 to 0.25 cm. Significance to Sport Fishing: If it is restricted to the West Indies, this fluke might have some potential as a temporary biological tag (Ref. 359).
