Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in marine and brackish environments along subtidal zone. Burrows in coral rubble and mangrove root mats; may also be found mutually living with Themiste alutacea (Ref. 415). This species is collected from mangrove and Thalassia root mats (Ref. 86591).
