Distribution:  Cosmopolitan in deep waters.
Diagnosis:  Up to 3 cm wide. Basal attachment of stomach clover-shaped. Marginal septa straight and covered by coronal muscle; 20 or 24 tentacles.
Biology:  Found in deep waters (Ref. 123204).
