Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 11 - 800 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Probably endemic to Chile.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species is found on steep walls, under overhangs and in caves on hard substrates at depths of 11 to 800 m. It is often associated with Desmophyllum dianthus (Ref. 87801).
