Bell is yellow-brown with white or pale spots and streaks. Arms are also brownish with extended frilly tentacles. Usually lies upward on the bottom and often mistaken as sea anemones. |
Host of Hyperia galba (Ref. 3089). Typically found in shallow lagoons, intertidal sand or mud flats, and around mangroves (Ref. 3248). Also among seagrass beds (Ref. 102838). |
