Max. size:  12 cm WD (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic; marine
Distribution:  Western Pacific: Australia, Japan, Palau, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Northern Marianas.
Diagnosis:  10 to 12 cm wide, flat; five lappets in each octant, blunt indistinctly separated; moutharms cylindrical, slender, somewhat longer than bell radius, not broad and flat; only small, club-shaped vesicles between the mouths.
