Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 32 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum depth from Ref. 101043 It is found in intertidal and shallow sublittoral areas (Ref. 128042), from depths of 10 to 30 meters (Ref. 337), with rocky and sandy substrates (Ref. 799). Common in coral reef areas (Ref. 128042). A vermivore (Ref. 96679).
