Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Gulf of Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Size: body lengths rarely exceed 0.0000500 cm (Ref. 978). Assumed mean adult body length from Ref. 1534. Found on shallow waters, its host is Amphioctopus burryi (Ref. 111254).
