Biology:  Found in a variety of sediment types, from shell gravel, fine to coarse sand, and silt. Burrows shallow in fine sediment with an open funnel of approximately 2 cm length; borrows deeper in shell gravel substrate without constructing a funnel (Ref. 96613). Feeding assumed based on Genus.
