Diagnosis: |
Colonies may be over one meter across. That are flabello-meandroid with exsert septa which plunges near the valley center. There are no columellae and polyps have large tubular tentacles with pale tips. |
Biology: |
Forms flabello-meandroid colonies (Ref. 847). Found in shallow, turbid environments and are commonly attached to vertical surfaces (Ref. 847). Has high bleaching level in Palau (Ref. 66144). |
