Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 40 - 1261 m
Distribution:  Circumpolar, from 38°N on the North American side to Ireland in the Atlantic and from Bering Sea to Japan and Oregon in the Pacific. Polar to temperate regions.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on mud, sand and pebbles (Ref. 93256).
