Distribution:  Northeast Atlantic: Norway.
Diagnosis:  Calyx goblet-shaped up to 6 cm wide, somewhat higher than wide; peduncle as long or somewhat longer than height of calyx; perradial notches between arms twice or three times as wide and deep as the interradial; each arm with a ball-like cluster of 700 to 850 short tentacles; gonads lancet-shaped, extending to ends of arms.
