Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:  10 cm wide, exumbrella partly smooth, partly with irregular network od nematocysts; 8 (2 times 4) pointed velar lappets in each octant; mouth arms about as long as diameter of isk, without any appendages; 4 blind centripetal canals between adjacent radial canals.
