Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Mexico.
Diagnosis:  Paleae: more than 50 pairs per lobe; outer paleae with irregulary expanded margins resembling small denticles; four to five inner paleae per lobe with conspicuous transverse thecae and slightly curved tip. Three pairs of buccal tentacles.
Biology:  Maximum depth based on type locality; to be replaced with a better reference.
