Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 1 - 47 m
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean and Malaya.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Known from immediate subtidal to 47 m (Ref. 337). On intertidal sandy mud flats (Ref. 799). Dead shells frequently washed up on the beaches (Ref. 88739).
