Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 75 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: Southeast Australia and New Zealand.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Omnivorous - feeds on algae, zoobenthos, and detritus. Usually feeds nocturnally (Ref. 85546).
