Family:  Odontodactylidae (odontodactylid mantis shrimps)
Max. size:  12.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 100 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:  Pastels, with pink or purple uropods and antennal scales.
Biology:  Taken together with lysiosquilids and squilids in trawling operations and at night with lights (Ref. 92).
