Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan, China, Chinese Taipei, and Hong Kong.
Diagnosis:  Shell is yellowish white to cream white, often with a chestnut brown longitudinal band at the jugum and transverse white bands on central areas. Girdle is often bluish white with a thin marginal border of bright pink. Valves moderately elevated and broadly rounded.
