Environment:  benthic; brackish; marine; depth range 0 - 50 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific and Western Atlantic: southeastern Gulf of Mexico and Greater Antilles, from Cuba to Virgin Islands, and from British Honduras to southern Brazil.
