Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Larger species of the family Sabellidae occur in permanent tubes between coral heads or in sand pockets between corals. Smaller species live in the surface layers of nearby calcareous sand deposits (Ref. 107425). Found in tubes cemented to rocks (Ref. 107871).
