Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish; marine; depth range 1 - 3 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Maximum length for female from Ref. 109247. Brackish and may also occur in fresh water. Found in shallow tide pools on sand flats at low tide (Ref. 108788). May filter feed but also consumes copepods (Ref. 108780).
