Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range - 2 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan and Hong Kong. Subtropical to temperate.
Diagnosis:  Has a tetrastemmid shape: body bluntly rounded anteriorly, tapering gradually towards the tail, ending in a blunt tip. Four moderately sized eyes are distinct. Generally has a pale orange-brown color which fades anteriorly.
