Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 10 - 200 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found on or in the upper centimeters of soft to hardened mud grounds (Ref. 107920). Members of the family Turritellidae are filter feeding, feeding on organic particles (Ref. 349).
