Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Depth estimate based on Family (Ref. 108635). The depth range is based on dead specimens collected in Bohol, Philippines, where those collected from 101 to 410 meters are presumed to be transported downslope (Ref. 104607). It is found in littoral and sublittoral areas, in exposed reef environments with sandy bottoms (Ref. 104607).
