Distribution:  Indo-Pacific: Western Indian Ocean to southern Japan, Samoa and Tonga.
Diagnosis:  Characterized by possessing a fairly stout, acutely conical, glossy, smooth shell, occasionally with some axial riblets on the early postnuclear whorls. The thickened outer lip bears three denticles on the lower half.
Biology:  Found offshore among echinoderms (Ref. 130068).
