Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific: southwards reaching northern Australia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Intertidal, estuarine (Ref. 106854). Inhabits mangroves, usually under rocks or timber. Collected as food by local populations. Subtropical and tropical climates.
