Country info:  Type locality, from rubble of coral berm on reef crest of Carrie Bow Cay, USNM E17642 (holotype of Ophioderma anitae) (Ref. 87242). Known from Belize Barrier Reef (Ref. 86568, 86570). The mode of reproduction for this species is lecithrotrophic larvae. Its disc diameter is 1.27 cm on rubble, 11 specimens (Ref. 86568). C: Refs. 86568, 86570, 87242.
