Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Probably endemic to Chile.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It is found on rocks, often in the coralline red algae zone, from intertidal areas to 33 meters in depth (Ref. 87801).

Country info:  This species is probably endemic to Chile. It is known from Puerto Montt to Peninsula Taitao and Golfo de Penas to southern Strait of Magellan (Ref. 87801).
