Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 6 - 10 m
Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: Probably endemic to Chile.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species is found on light-exposed vertical substrates at depths of 6 to 10 m. They are known to be associated with Mytilus chilensis (Ref. 87801).
IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated (N.E.) Ref. 123251)
Threat to humans:  harmless
Country info:  This species is probably endemic to Chile. It is known from Puerto Montt to Peninsula Taitao and Golfo de Penas, to the Strait of Magellan. It is rare in Chile.
