Distribution:  Southeast Pacific: from Trujillo (Peru) to Golfo de Penas (Chile). Subtropical to temperate.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It is found on sandy bottoms and silt with shell fragments at depths of 2 to 100 m (Ref. 87801). Carnivorous (Ref. 92798).
