Family:  Lysiosquillidae (lysiosquillid mantis shrimps)

Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 15 - 25 m
Distribution:  Indo-West Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits deep burrows on intertidal sand and mudflats, and level subtidal substrates (Ref. 3099).
