Nearly uniform widths for trunk segments 3 to 12. Long, robust, and almost straight lateral terminal spines, 124 to 180 um, 22.7 to 29.9% of trunk length. Slightly incised posterior margin of terminal segment, with distinct lateral protuberances on terminal tergal plate. Denticulate anterior margin of tergal plate of first trunk segment, anterior margin of midsternal plate of same segment with area of thin cuticle. Males have adhesive tubes on segment 4, 2 pairs of penile spines at anterolateral margins of terminal sternal plates, and may possibly lack 2 lateral setae on segment 12 (Ref. 1409).
Occurs in mixed mud, sand and detritus in shallow mangroves (Ref. 1409).
