Short description Morphology

Shell with three color morphs: deep purple-brown, pinkish-white, and orange. Morphs match the color of their hosts. Body creamy white, having a magenta band behind eyes, parallel with the tentacles.

On gorgonian hosts. Feed on host's mucus, or graze on algae and detritus on the host's surface (Ref. 125532). Commensal with Ellisella gracilis (Ref. 126204).
