Worms were abundant at depth of 2 m, on sand, pebbles and areas colonized by Macrocystis pyrifera (kelp) (Ref. 92999).

They are simultaneous hermaphrodites with eggs present in the thorax and anterior abdomen while the sperm cells are developed in various stages of maturation, mainly in the posterior abdominal part. Mating occurs during austral summer season. Eggs are brooded within the branchial crown (Ref. 92999).
