Diagnosis | Colonies may be several meters across and composed of interconnecting meandering thins-walled flabello-meandroid valleys. Living parts of the colony are usually separated by dead basal parts. Valley, walls and septa are both thin and fragile. Polyps have fleshy mantles, which form a continuous cover of compact discs. Usually grey in color with pale margins to mantles. |
