Bell is cube shaped, with rounded edges. Lateral side of the bell is rectangular. Height 7 m; 8 m breadth. Surface of bell is smooth, the frenulae re 4 and bracket like. 5 tentacles are present on each pedalium. Side pillars are strong. Jelly is thick and cartilaginous. Stings may be severe.
