Head appears distinctly bilobed when viewed laterally. It has an anterior notch, and also bear four black eyes, the posterior pair being much smaller and harder to be seen. Body gradually narrows, ending in a bluntly pointed tail. Pale yellowish-white in color, marked dorsally by a broad olive-green longitudinal band.
Found under a rock embedded on sand (Ref. 125683).
