Bell height measures 45 mm, with low and conical gelatinous apical projection; broad manubrium with fine frills at the lips' margin; horseshoe-shaped gonads with horizontal to oblique folds on the sides and centrally located small pits; 4 broad radial canals with jagged edges; 100 or more densely crowded tentacles with laterally-compressed bulbs; transparent bell with gonads and manubrium vary from orange, pink and red colorations (Ref. 2376).
