Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 1 - 90 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific: East Africa to Japan, probably the Marquesas Archipelago.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  It has lengths of 31 cm, maximum total body length; 20 to 25 cm, average total body length; 12 cm, carapace length (Ref. 4). Maximum depth reported taken from Ref. 9773.
